Application
Programme application includes a welcome kit and access to all the crafts and other events, such as trips, envisaged by the organization.
“Early” application ends on March 31, 2025 and “Regular” application rates apply from 01 April to 31 May 2025. Applications will not be accepted after that date.
Applications for RobotCraft 2025 are now open.
All applicants will be interviewed in an early stage of the application process. Only selected applicants will be able to conclude the registration process and attend the programme.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your registration, please notify the administration in writing to robotcraft@ingeniarius.pt.
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- If cancellation occurs by the March 31, 2025, with processing fee of 150,00 €.
- If cancellation occurs by the May 31, 2025, with processing fee of 250,00 €.
No refunds will be made after the May 31, 2025 or for no shows.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the request.
