Application

Programme application includes a welcome kit and access to all the crafts and other events, such as trips, envisaged by the organization.

“Early” application ends on March 25, 2019 and “Regular” application rates apply from 26 March to 20 May 2019. Applications will not be accepted after that date.

Applications for RobotCraft 2019 are now open.

All applicants will be interviewed in an early stage of the application process. Only selected applicants will be able to conclude the registration process and attend the programme.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration, please notify the administration in writing to robotcraft@ingeniarius.pt.

Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  • If cancellation occurs by the 25th March 2019, with processing fee of 150,00 €.
  • If cancellation occurs by the 20th May 2019, with processing fee of 200,00 €.
  • If cancellation occurs by the 17th June 2019, with processing fee of 250,00 €.

No refunds will be made after the 17th June 2019 or for no shows.

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the request.
